The portal fetches real-time RSS feeds from thousands of Open Access journals. Whenever a journal publishes a new article, it automatically appears on the eLibrary’s Journal Feeds Page—organized by discipline such as Law, Chemistry, Linguistics, Agric Engineering, and more. This helps users stay updated without visiting each journal site individually.

No. The Free eLibrary Portal is completely free. Users can browse, search, and access resources without subscription fees or login requirements. A voluntary account feature is being developed for email alerts and personalised notifications, but access will always remain free.
