Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page of the relevant platform (e.g. learning.frelip.org/login) and click “Forgotten your username or password?” Follow the instructions sent to your email.

Is FRELIP available in my language?

FRELIP’s interface supports English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Course content is primarily in English, with more languages being added. If you’d like to help translate, email support@frelip.org.

Can my school use FRELIP offline?

Yes. FRELIP offers a complete offline deployment system that works on hardware as simple as a Raspberry Pi. Contact partners@frelip.org for deployment assistance.

How can I suggest new content or features?

We love hearing from our users. Email your suggestions to support@frelip.org with the subject line “Suggestion.” All feedback is reviewed by our team.
